Oshane is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Data Science Laboratory at Fred Hutch Cancer Center working on the Open Case Studies educational grant program. I am currently developing new case studies that apply latent variable analysis to single-cell RNA-seq data to investigate biologically meaningful patterns and questions, making advanced computational methods more accessible for education and research.
